The second wave of the program "14 days of DIVING" started today
The essence of the initiative was to give a very small fish the opportunity to swim deeper for some time. If your SP is less than 50 tokens, you can only swim on the surface, barely moving your fins. And the amount of movement of your fins is very limited.
That was the beginning of the idea.
Thats the idea
- The program participant (member of the WORLD of XPILAR community) receives 50SP delegations for a period of 14 days. After that, the delegation is withdrawn and transferred to the next participant.
- During this time, an interesting creative post of each participant will be supported from the World of Xpilar Community Curation Trail (no more than 1 time per day).
Conditions
- A candidate for participation in the program cannot nominate himself.
He must be nominated by one of the active members of the WORLD of XPILAR community.
Thus, he is responsible for his candidate. - STEEM POWER of a candidate must not exceed 50SP
- candidate must be a member of the WORLD of XPILAR community
Rules
- a program participant creates at least 1 post per day in the WORLD of XPILAR community using the #steemexclusive and full Power Up (100% SP).
- participation in contests, comments, voting is desirable. Any activity is greatly appreciated.
As you can see, the rules for the participant are as simple as possible. All you need is your activity and creativity. This will help strengthen your own STEEM POWER to further thrive on the platform.
With the end of the delegation period, the attention to the former participants of the program from the side of the WORLD of XPILAR community does not end.
As the project develops, the terms and conditions may be changed, which will be announced later. Follow the project news.

Recommendations for program participants
- To receive support from the World of Xpilar Community Curation Trail (no more than 1 time per day), your posts do not have to be formal
- It is encouraged to post at least 3 photos and a small informative story. Preferably 50 words or more.
- Show interest and creativity, create striking posts and you will definitely be noticed and supported.
- Don't forget that the post must be published in the World of Xpilar community, using the # steemexclusive and full Power Up (100% SP).
- Be active in the comments of other members, be a friendly team.

Your help is greatly appreciated on the project. This is an example for others in providing real support and motivation for newbies. If whales such as @steemcurator01 (#steemcurator01)were involved in the project, it would be possible to expand the program and contests for participants. You repeat / copy half of the text from post to post and write a long list of curators. I think this is not the best tactic. If I was constantly invited to see something that I do not really like, I would start a black list) Once on such a list, it is difficult to leave it in the future.

Hace 13 días publique este concurso Enlace solo que no he entendido muy bien la metodología en esta comunidad.
Todo es muy sencillo. Al comienzo de cada semana, comienza una nueva etapa de apoyo a los recién llegados. Ya han comenzado dos etapas (dos oleadas). A continuación, comience a principios de la semana que viene. Creo que se encontrará en la próxima ola de apoyo.
