Hello all

Today I want to share a post of my trip to a rice mill owned by a friend of mine, Junaidi.

This factory was founded in 2015 located in Sawang sub-district, Aceh Utara. With an area of about 20 hectares of cleared hill forest land.

The production capacity reaches 60 tons of quality rice per day with a high quality water policy technology system.

This factory also has a factory management office from rice purchasing to marketing of rice bran and bran.

Rice is purchased directly in all areas that produce rice from all rice-producing areas in Aceh to North Sumatra such as the Pangkalan Susu.

This factory has two large barns equipped with open drying with water policy technology so that it can produce high quality rice, of course a healthy staple food.

Various types of rice are produced ranging from number one to number 4. The difference between the numbers itself is due to the percentage rate of destruction of the rice during milling. You can pay attention to some of the pictures below.

In addition to rice production, this factory also produces bran which can be processed into chicken feed later.

Below are some pictures when the bran will be loaded into the car by collectors and sold to Medan.

The factory waste disposal area is very large, it is visible from the rice husk from the combustion and it can still be used by some people for organic fertilizers and dish cleaning agents.
