Frozen flight

It was a spring day, but the air still felt cool. Standing on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, I watched the sun dip lower, casting these incredible rays. The sculpture, always striking, came alive in the backlight, its forms stretching out like a flock of dark birds taking flight. Ice floes still floated near the shore, remnants of winter clinging to the passing time. The way the light fell on the water, sparkling between the ice, was truly captivating. It was a moment of transition, when winter slowly gave way to spring, caught in the stark contrast of light and shadow. Even the bare tree on the right seemed to be waiting for the warmth to fully arrive.

I love photography. I spend time in nature, walking around the city. And I often take pictures when I see something interesting.

I always edit my pictures (mostly using Lightroom) and love sharing them with the community.

And here you can see some of my works, that you can find in my blog

A cool spring evening by the Gulf of Finland, where sunlight met lingering ice. The sculpture stood like birds frozen mid-flight, glowing in the fading light. A quiet moment—winter slowly giving way to spring.
