🌿 Some Things Heal Better Outside

I spend so much time surrounded by screens, documents, deadlines, and conversations that never really stop.

So whenever I get the chance to step outside, breathe fresh air, and disconnect for a little while… I take it.

There’s something calming about nature. The silence feels different there. Less heavy. Less demanding. Even my thoughts slow down.

Being a lawyer means carrying a lot mentally — always analyzing, preparing, anticipating. But moments like this remind me that not everything has to be a battle or a strategy.

Sometimes life is just sunlight through the trees.
Bare feet on warm stone.
A quiet afternoon with nowhere urgent to be.

And honestly, those moments matter more than people think.
