Greetings my friends. How are you today? I believe you are all fine as I am. I appreciate @xpilar for organising this contest. For this week, I have an abstract drawing of a mother nurturing her child and pouring all she has in her mind (brain) into his own. She does that with tears but never stops. I hope you find the drawing interesting.

Materials For Drawing

• Plain A4 paper
• Pencils
• Eraser
• Sharpener

Step 1
I drew the head of the mother which is like a bucket containing the virtues of life. I drew her eyes, nose, mouth, eyelids, ears and neck.

Step 2
I drew her shoulder and the little child she was holding, beginning with his head down to the legs. I also drew her right hand holding the child.

Step 3
I drew her left hand holding the child. I drew her breast and the remaining part of her body.

Step 4
I shaded the head of the mother, her eyes, her mouth, nose, ears and her earring. I shaded her head, and the content or virtues flowed like water through to the child's head. I also shaded the child's head, his face and the overflow of content (virtues). I concluded the step by shading the mother's chest, shoulder and the tears in her eyes.

Step 5
I shaded the remaining part of her body. The breast, hands, and her stomach.

Step 6
I shaded the child, and lastly, I went through the entire drawing made all necessary adjustments and wrote my name on the paper.
