Yellow card back.jpg

My previous post is about the yellow card (document) which the power company personnel gave us after inspecting our electrical service entrance, that set-up of power meter, grounding, wires, and all that safety mechanisms with regards of how our house connects to the grid.

One of its purpose was to check if it is all passing to the standards of the power company and also one step for transferring the registration of the connection from my grandfather to my father because it is needed for us to get the net metering service so that we can finally get the bi-directional meter which will measure the power generated by the solar panels which it will export to the grid if our home electricity needs is lesser than we consume.

Again, the bi-directional meter will also measure how many credits that we can consume after the solar panels are not anymore generating power during night time. So it is fun to read that meter if it gets installed because I can be able to see the numbers when the panels are generating power and exporting it to the grid so I can realize what my brother is saying about having an almost unlimited power supply given by our grid-toed solar power setup.

Anyway, the power company personnel which I think is a field engineer had jotted down some illegible in the remark section at the back of the yellow card document. I couldn't possibly make sense of the writing and I had the ideation to ask #grok from X if it can read such unreadable handwritings.

Well I was astonished that grok was able to make sense of the handwriting of the personnel. Although it was not my problem anymore because our solar power contractor is already assisting us to have the process done as soon as possible, it made me realize that I can be able to also understand old handwritten records in Spanish for example.

Well, that is just my fun discovery, so now if I can't be able to read a handwriting, I will ask Grok about it.

I'm glad you have an amazing site to keep you busy and help you discover and understand old languages. That sounds like something exciting to do especially when less busy. Hope your health is getting better and send my greetings to the family as well. Stay blessed friend.
