Inside my comfy room on a sunny afternoon, pondering

Gone are the many instances that I I would suffer from a complete discomfort brought about the hot and humid weather like what is typical that you will experience in a country surrounded by warm water because my island nation is sitting near the equator.
We are at the mercy of Typhoons, Monsoon rains, and earthquakes and I am not still sure if my new house can withstand an earthquake which had hot the southern part of my country.
But my new house had gotten extra columns and it has no second floor too so I am guessing, based on the judgement of foreman that made this house, that this house can stand such earthquakes but I pray to God that even if this house would fall, that I can be able to rebuild another one.
Anyway I am thankful for what happened to my... basically quality of life and happiness because I was able to reach my goal plus extra. Our house now is not only pleasing to the eyes because it is now more presentable but also safe, quite functional, and comfortable because it has A/C.
Now my parents and I will not anymore experience heat brought by the punishing heat of the day especially now that the El Niño phenomenon is ongoing and will give us lesser wet months although on the opposite side the Typhoons when they come, will give us either heavy rains or strong winds.
I am not usually afraid of the strong winds from a Typhoon because my house is protected by a dike nearby which was I think was done by excavating the river near our house. This dike acts as a barrier to the high winds from a Typhoon and in my lifetime I never experienced strong Typhoon winds affecting our house maybe because of this protective dike near my house.
But for heavy rains almost everyone is affected particularly in my province because it is said that we are in the so-called "catch basin" of the rivers when they swell-up because of heavy rainfall.
But the root of the problem now lies about the river system exits are now impeded by the development of the airport in the coastal area of my province. That area was reclaimed, meaning that it got filled-up with soil and rocks so in effect the water flowing our from the river systems could not flow out easy. Now it causes flooding in many areas of my town alone especially if there is a high tide which was not happening before.
Nobody in the government now is figuring-out how to deal with that widespread issue but the most sensible thing to do is to deepen the mouth of the rivers exiting the main island and further out to the sea. Only a wise leader can that but unfortunately we only cash-eating Monkeys in our government here which only knows good on how to quarrel among themselves.
Anyway at least on the bright side of my life, with god's grace and mercy on my soul, I am not anymore battling the heat and humidity of the day together with my parents and that is a major goal reached.
I have one major goal to solve and I hope that God wills it for me to get rid of the hepatitis virus that I have which I acquired from the dialysis clinic. Thankfully there is a drug or medicine which can help me with that but it will take me to cough-out some cash because the medicine are not cheap and they have to be used for at least maybe four months to half a year.
I want to get rid of the hep C virus because recently my body was able to by the grace and mercy of God, able to get the "non-reactive" result. it means that I got healed naturally because of my own immune system.
I was contemplating if my own immune system had gotten rid of the Hep B, why it would not be able to get rid of the Hep C virus as well? So I am optimistic that I will be virus-free soon but with lighter pockets.
