the Diary Game: Aug 4, 20202: I Am Thinking About Using My Sauna Suit But It Is Not Hot Today

I feel like I just want to sleep all this afternoon away and use my sweat suit all the while. My body it seems is feeling bloated with fluids already even though I am not having trouble breathing while laying down here on my bed.

That is why I always wanted to get rid of extra fluids from my body at dialysis to the point that my eyes are deep set already and my eardrums are popping in.

The reason for that is I just want to have more room in my body for fluids that I would consume and feel better and lighter still before I go for my dialysis. That is actually the goal of dialysis, to make you feel much better in-between dialysis sessions.

Right now I just have a very full stomach and I just do not want to eat anymore. But I just have to eat because I can't afford to lose anymore weight in that regard as the lost weight can easily be replaced by fluids and that will cause me more troubles.

But the weather says that it will not be hit, it will rain so wearing the sauna suit will not make me to perspire more. I guess that I will have to try and wear it anyway because perspiring helps me a lot to detoxify.

I wish that it is all hot all year 'round just like in summertime. I had gone accustomed into it and it is better really for me for the said reasons. But that is not possible because the earth is tilted in its axis around the sun.

But it will definitely rain today, it is hot but not something that will make you get sweaty and all that especially if you are in front of the electric fan. The sky is grey and it is all cloudy so if it would rain then it will cool-off again and will not make me have a better sauna suit result. But again I will have to try.
