Hello friends! The theme for the new stage of the contest is Public transport station buildings. These buildings are among my favourites! So I have got photos of railway, metro and bus stations, too. Today I decided to show some photos of the interiors of the Vitebskij railway station. It's a beautiful art nouveau building, unique not only for its architecture but also for its intricate engineering solutions. It's not easy for a casual traveler to spot the engineering contents, which are hidden from prying eyes, but anyone can admire the architecture.

Привет, друзья! Тема нового этапа конкурса - Public transport station buildings. Такие здания относятся к числу моих любимых! Так что у меня есть фотографии и железнодорожных вокзалов, и станций метро, и автобусных остановок. Сегодня я решила подготовить несколько фотографий интерьеров Витебского вокзала. Это прекрасное здание в стиле модерн, уникальное не только своей архитектурой, но и сложными инженерными решениями. Узнать инженерную составляющую случайному путнику не очень просто, она спрятана от досужих глаз, а вот полюбоваться архитектурой может любой желающий.

A few weeks ago, in another part of this contest, I showed you photos of the main concourse and staircase of the station. Today you can see the 3rd class passenger hall, the Paintings Hall, the Light Hall and the exit to the platform for the trains.

В одном из предыдущих этапов конкурса я уже показывала одну фотографии парадного вестибюля и парадной лестницы этого вокзала. Сегодня в серии фотографий снимки Зала ожидания для пассажиров 3 класса, Картинный зал, Световой зал и выход на перрон вокзала, к поездам.
