Yes @stef1, and one of the important parts of what this group offers is that they always have the time to help and encourage a newcomer. In all the communities I have been part of, there have always been those few who might be the equivalent of "whales," but they were never too busy or too self important to be helpful... and, as such, they were always excellent "ambassadors" for the community.
