You know, Ole, we know Ole Gunnar Solskjær all of us in Scandinavia, and also the opposition meeting Ole in matches at home and abroad in the countries where Ole has been, and even Alex Ferguson is admiring Ole just as he is, and he has played a lot of football, and he has been a manager in Norway and abroad, and Ole must be told that there is risk in being a manager, and that planning and implementation in relation to the opposite football team are important factors that should be important to do and to follow when meeting the different opposition teams when we are here where we are. And the opposition is also with national teams when we are here.

So, if Ole is coming back to Manchester United now, what should be done of him as being in the career with playing and manager and coaching and trainer when we are here and there, and we should love the life just as it is when we are here and there. You know, Ole should know that there is pressure and high salaries when it is high risk at the high level when we are here where we are, and we should tell Ole that he needs results just in the short and the long run, and you Ole should know the following:

1. You should always have good enough football players being professional and updated about what should be done on the field when we are here and there where we are.
2. You should make adaptations to play as good as possible.
3. You should know how to play in relation to the opposition, and you should do it better in the opposition, and this is just about strategy managment; First to know what to do and copy the opposition where the opposition is good and excellent, and second how to do things even better than the opposition when we are here and there where we are.
4. So, we should make goals, and make more goals than the opposition.
5. And winning the football matches should be in the eyes and the human bodies to the players.
6. And each player is alone in the life, and they should cooperate when playing the matches.
7. And we should have enough meetings with the players and focus on the tasks and what to do on how to win as many matches as possible.
8. We should make satisfaction in the football club for the investors, the audience, the supporters, and for all actors being engaged some places in the club.
9. And we should make the smiles and engagement being there where we are.

So, 9 or A in Bergen is the best, and we should just encourage Ole to do the jobs as good as he can, and he should not be afraid of doing the working tasks, and we know he has been a tremendously good football player, and that he has made many nice goals, also in the international football games.

So, we can for instance see many music videos on You Tube or whatever to be inspired when playing football matches! Before, during and after the matches. And one of them is Three Lions, and we love this beginning voice and noise; I think it is bad news for the English game! You know, the reason that they are saying that, is that England has had trouble in tournaments, and they have not won all important games, and some they have lost them, and therefore we are sad about thinking all the success incidents of being a national team when we are here and there where we are, and we should see these games, also with the excellent saving from Gordon Banks from the heading from Pelé, and we are loving the excellent performances and excellent results when we are here where we are, and we can be in all kinds of big cities, and smaller places where we can be when being here, and we should just make the decisions ourselves when we are here and there. And the Gordon Banks was the goalkeeper to England, and his nickname was «Banks of England». And this was due to his skills and abilities as being a goalkeeper, and even Pelé as being the best football player was playing in the attack of Brazil, and he congratulated Gordon Banks when saving his amazing heading at the 1970 World Cup.
