On explaining the differences in salaries between men and women in the working life; Why are there not equal opportunities for any gender?

You know, we are earning different due to our ages, due to our education and research background, and due to explained differences in the working time, and hence the gender we are, and what can be explained in the conditions are defining how we are operating and working together.

We are here to work and to have leisure time, and we are exposed with different opportunities due to our gender, and we are just serious as we are, and we cannot think of all things that the employer has not thought about, and there should be content and structure in the life, and no chaos in the firm, and we are here filled with failures and mistakes, and we should be humble, and be as we want in the life, and we are not more intelligent than the whole systems, since every variable and parameter can be explained in relation to how things are.

So, we should earn enough money in relation to which competence we have, and what can be done, and we are sometimes easy in the life, and sometimes things can be done more complex. So, we should do what we want in the life, and there are too many things with how factors, variables and parameters are, and we are in the life to avoid stupid things, and we should have enough and properly good enough patterns and patterns of problems when we are here.

So, nobody is perfect, and nobody has ever been that, and we are tired of being called to the boss, and we should do in relation to what we know to any times, and people are in the life, just to make performances and results, and we should do things in understandable ways, and we should not do things as we just want. And we should be ourselves, and nobody can all things in practice, and we do not know about all things in the theories, but we should use a combination of these things, and not being too extreme with what is happening. But today there should not be differences in salaries among the genders if they both have the same and the long education and research background, and we should use our theories in the education systems, and we have been in the high level for 8 years, and that is making the traces in our minds and brains, and we should not cross the line in the life, and we should dance with the prince, and there are minds over matters, and hence we are trying to explain, and explaining how we explain.

So, there are different backgrounds in the working life, and some have many experiences and some have more books and natural experiments and explanations about what is happening, and we are in the life to enjoy what we are perceiving, and we are here to be natural, and to explain what we are doing in funny and in serious ways, and we should not be chaos in some minds, and there should be logical structure about many things, and the key factors behind the differences in the salaries between men and women, and there are ages, experiences, differences in perception, research, education and many kinds of relations that what are happening, and we should use the the 10 commandments in life and not be brats as adults, and we should not blame and claim each other too much, and maybe many people must piss in each other's ear, and we are in the life just to be constructive and positive,and perhaps things are happening, that some think are good and some think that are bad, and that is also the situation behind many prime ministers and presidents human behavior.

So, do not believe in any Nobel Prize, but there are some contributions there and things to think about, but maybe there are just stupid things there as in any area in the life. So, Harvard University and Harvard Business School are good, but we can guess what the employees are thinking and feeling and doing when we see their thoughts in the texts, and make analysis about human behavior anywhere to any times. So, do the humans be good enough many places, and what should be done to any times where we are, and we are just not perfect with our intelligence levels, and we know that life is a mixture with cognitions, emotions, or doing and not doing of what is possible to any times anywhere to the times we have our bodies while being at the blue planet. So, Claudia Goldin is a professor today by Harvard University, and she made a Nobel Prize in Economics in 2023, and we congratulate her with that, although there is nothing really new in this research, and that is a big problem with what we are knowing in the life.
