On using headhunting qualities of candidates to get the best brain in the brain waves when operating in firms where we need thinking and feeling and actions when being alive in the business life!

So, we should use ourselves when we are here and there, and the brain is there to be used, and we should think and feel when we are acting while we are here, and we are loving to use the brain, and thinking as we should when we are here as we are, and there should always be good enough monitoring and supervision to do the jobs as good as we can, when we are here as we are.
So, headhunting is more used the more education you have, and hence people with long education durations are often offered more lucrative and attractive positions when we are here as we are while being in the life as we are, and when applying for jobs, we should just listen to ourselves and the voices within ourselves when framing and structuring and getting analysis of the life, and being creative in the new manners to see what is going on when we are here and there as we are.
So, we are trained to using the brain when we should do that from time to time when we are here, and we are just thinking and finding and discover the path in the markets and in the forests, and there are established paths and new paths when being in the life as we are out there, and we should always finding the ranking of the schools, and sometimes we are needing the media channels and not when we are here and there like we are.
So, the music group A-ha were singing and playing about hunting high and low, and as employers we are trying to find the best suitable candidates with their brain waves and brain structures when we are here, and sometimes candidates are understood and sometimes they are not, and this is the nightmare when we are equal and different to each other when being where we are.
So, when you should find the right candidates, there are processes going on on how to recruit the best brains as is possible when being here as we are, and cultures and religions are must the same ways of being around the world, and we are just ourselves when taking and making all the kinds of variables and factors we can use when being here like we are, but which kinds of questions should be asked to get the most suitable employees to the needs that are present when being here as we are? Well, follow the following list; 1. Need to see and to understand what we are actually being looking for as employees for us employers, 2. Make an overview over what we are seeking as employees, and how their profiles and properties should be while we are here, 3. Invite the candidates for an interview, a view between the employees, and 4. Determine who should be where and why, and try to see what we are looking for the firm to be alone, in groups and in its markets when we are here as we are.
So, the lists of what is going on could be even better and more structured, and there should be more details within the list, and we can be within and outside the media channels, and we determine ourselves what we want to do with the life, and what can be done when we are here as we are.
You should be emotional and cognitive with great and big issus of the questions you know, when being a person we want to know, when we are here as we are, and you know, life is short, and in the very long run we are all died. And you know, headhunting is primarily connected to people with upper secondary school and the colleges or the business schools or the universities, and we are thinking about headhunting when trying to dream about what we are looking for and why while we are here as we are when being in the life as we are being here and there. And we should motivate, inspire and being a pleasure for our employer and our known employees, and working as Erling Braut Haaland on the working field, that is a good way to earn money in the life, and being engaged with doing things even better and stronger today than yesterday. So, yesterday, all my trouble seems so far away, as The Beatles has song, and we dealing that worried and concerned thoughts today.
Being a new version of yesterday in today for today! And tomorrow is just around the corner .... And headhunting can be for leaders and ordinary employees.
