Traveling during the Covid Pandemic 19
A trip is a very interesting thing that some people do because when we travel there are so many experiences that can make us smart and open in mind.
Last year I went to one of the biggest ports in Indonesia, namely the port of Belawan.
This port is a port located on the island of North Sumatra which has a fairly deep water depth that extends to the Malacca Strait.
The activities that take place here are very busy and crowded with ship passengers and also very many cargo ships unloading goods such as cars and so on.
Many passengers returned from Jakarta with a lot of stuff.
When I came here the atmosphere was during the Covid 19 pandemic. Many passengers returned from Jakarta because they were isolated. The people were very scared at that time because many of them also could not return from Jakarta
Our goal here from Aceh also wants to take a shipment of a car that we bought from Jakarta.
This was a very tiring journey for us because with harak up to 300 kilometers we traveled.
We were waiting for a very long queue when the car was removed from the ship and we had also told a friend to clean it up until a letter was written so that we could take the car home.
A large cargo ship was seen unloading several types of cars transported from Jakarta.
These are all ordered by Sumatran and Acehnese people directly ordered from Jakarta. The sea journey from Jakarta to the port of Belawan takes up to 6 days but it is also very economical in terms of shipping costs compared to land trips which take up to 7 days and are very expensive.
You can see some of the pictures above step by step that we did while at the port.
This is all I can share a little information about our trip last year. Hopefully it can be useful for all my friends.
