oh, yes indeed it is about power, but this kind of power is called "abuse of power...for own advantages", and thus should be forbidden for those "employees of the state/government", in business language this is called conflicht of interest but for those in power or charge it sems not to be the case, they´re all flying high above the law, even of their own established ones.
