[Digital Painting] - A Portal to another dimension
Hey everyone ! How's it going?
Today's post is a bit diferent, when I have some free time , I like to grab my tablet and do some sketches, doodles and when I have more time, digital painting.
This was actually something that I did when I was testing my tablet
A huge ray strikes down in the middle of the clouds, separating them from the dead center, a portal is formed, releasing strong purple lights , and from there, comes a magnificent creature

Back then I was being deeply inspired by 3 of my personal favorite albuns of Pynk Floyd, The Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall and The Division Bell.
This was drawn and skecthed in 4 layers, being the background,the triangle, the purplish moon and finally the big jelly fish :)

I honestly prefer to work with photoshop when it comes to drawings and paintings, Illustrator cuts alot of the imperfections and tries to smooth it, it's unnatural to work for art :)
My interest is currently focused on photography. For post production I use Lightroom and very rarely Photoshop.
I need to learn how to work with layers :)
You can look for some tutorials on youtube from a youtuber named PXImperfect, he has alot of tutorials dedicated to photography in layering, coloring methods and filters :)
I know there are many tutorials and courses on the net. Basically, I know how to work with layers, but I've never really done it. Lightroom is enough for me to process photos. You can even paint pictures there using filters))

Gracias! hacen excelentes equipamentos, pero atencion, la version Cintiq solo se puede conectar a la fuente, no tienen batería propia , es el unico problema :/

Thank you very much! :D My music taste is pretty much on the 80s-90s. Just loved the bands from back then, so much emotion put to everything, I get alot of my inspiritation from them
