Photography : Concept on a Tunnel from Ribeira Quente
Hey everyone! How's it going?
Today's post is a photo of one of my first try outs with the camera I'm currently using.
"In order for the light to shine so brightly, the darkness must be present"

I used this quote has a reference for the concept, figured the tunnel was one good spot for this, its a dark place with big intervals of light, I asked my friend to stand in the middle and got about 2m away to get the shot, my main focus here was to make a composition where the light is facing off the darkness that surrounds the tunnel, shining the way out for the subject.
I was really happy with this shot , I thought it was because of how the composition worked out, but it was actually because I was doing a theme that intrigued me alot, which is Conceptual Photography.
I realized this when I was searching for professional photographers to get inspiried, and I ended up looking at photographers who worked with this theme, and I was fascinated by the outstanding creativity of them. It is a interesting theme where you are challanged, challanged to make a powerfull composition that it's capable to transmit an idea or an highly abstract concept.
Thank you for reading my post and stay safe!
It seems that the traveler doubts ... it is worth getting out of the dark ... :-))
