Self-portrait while the midnight sun was setting.
My home village in Sweden is located 2 km south of the arctic circle so in the summer the sun almost never sets. It's the most magical place located in a lush valley where the river floods each spring. The river itself is steel grey during the day with temperamental waves but at night it turns into this band of quicksilver mirroring the landscape and never-ending sky back.
