To be honest, I don’t have the answers as I’m far from a consistent writer, and I'm still struggling with many different aspects of this craft.
I’ve found that internal hashtags haven't worked for the subjects I cover, and I'm aware that some of my pieces may be too long-winded for an audience with a short attention span. Using external hashtags would be a good thing.
I see myself as a lifelong apprentice. I’m just deeply grateful to the few trusted fellow writers who share their knowledge with me and help me improve.

Everyone should create their own space and style. Writing tends to flow simply from feeling, and then little by little you can shape the idea to give it continuity.

I think that if you structure your long pieces a little differently, even those who don't read long attention spam will read them. A book can also be read chapter by chapter... that also gives you something to think about.
In my opinion, it doesn't matter whether you are a consistent writer. Ultimately, every writer will find their own readers. There is a time for everything.
