the app does not save my log in or password. i always have to retype everything when i open it
which device are you using? if it is an iphone, you might need to wait until the app updates automatically because initial version has a bug. The auto update might take a day.
installed the app on 2 devices.
on my alcatel tablet it works fine.
on huawei Y5p phone still the same problem.

could you explain what yr problem is in details? i cannot find your problems.
I have to log in every time I start the app on the Huawei device.
did you make the app allow to access storage? the login data need to be stored in the device.
