Moscow spotted street. Part 1

in WORLD OF XPILARlast month

When the number of objects to create spots reaches the limit, then you need to find a place where there are many times more people, where there are many more objects and elements, as well as height differences. It's just another bigger city. Not necessarily the capital right away. Although I started with it – from Moscow!

I decided to walk from VDNKh (ENEA) to Yaroslavsky railway station on foot and on the way shoot everything that steals my attention in terms of spots and piles.

It didn't start as violently as I would have liked and as I expected.

Once every hundred meters or more, it was possible to make only one frame.

But as soon as you went out onto a larger street, the spots began to appear by themselves.

In general, there is nothing unusual and outstanding to be delighted with.

And I was also walking on the shady side of the street. It was a warm spring sun. It was necessary to conserve energy and not overheat.

In general, there are certainly more people, but you need to choose streets with the maximum intensity of everything.

Even in Moscow, not all streets are suitable for creating a spotted pattern.

And, by the way, in some places I felt like I was in some familiar place.

There were many similarities with Vologda. The same dirty and dusty snowdrifts, the same puddles. Maybe the houses are a little higher, maybe the streets are a little wider.

For a resident of the province, Moscow is the center, it's sights, beauty, a lot of people. And the capital may look like a province.

This is logical for some, but not for everyone, and especially not for me.

I've seen all kinds of Moscow, both winter and summer, beautiful and not so much.

And now I was just walking and not distracted by anything other than creating a spot in the frame.

I have been going to this state for a very long time...not on purpose. Previously, I couldn't take pictures in unfamiliar places abstractly and was as if squeezed into some kind of frame.

As if if I am somewhere else in my native place, I am obliged to bring only beautiful and exceptional shots.

And in his "own place", that is, in a familiar place, he could experiment as he liked. I can't explain what prevented me from relaxing and doing anything.

Maybe because there was a time when I didn't travel much in big cities and they stole my attention, thereby distracting me from photographing.

Now I can shoot anywhere in the world the way I want and what I want. I learned to switch off, which most likely came from experience.

This is an interesting job with a focus of attention. if you need to distract yourself to something else and focus, then photography and the vision of the subjects fade far into the background in importance. I just look through the viewfinder and gather as many elements as possible into the frame. Well, if it's a different genre, then I'm acting within the genre.

To be continued...

Hi @evildeathcore,

Lovely collection of photos shared!

I find looking at such urban and 'technically ordinary" landscapes, quite fascinating actually - looking at what people are wearing, the cars they are driving, the architectural style of the buildings etc. etc. It is a little bit like stepping in to somebody else's world... in this case - yours :)

I am not sure if it is just season related, or perhaps the specific view points photographed, but there seem to very few trees and greenery around in general - is that the case?
