Hello friends,
I would like to share with you my graphite drawing of this Disney character named Big Bad Pete. I spotted this character while watching the animated series Mickey Mouse Club House with my nephews and nieces. I always make sure i visit them once a while and spend quality time with them. Still adjusting to the fact that I'm an uncle there is a lot to learn in just a short while cause these days they seem to grow face or it's just me.
I started with a rough sketch of the character using a 2B pencil in other to get a light sketch. Then i used my 10B Bianyo pencil to outline the eyes then shade around it, i always draw from left to right to avoid smudging of the image. After i was done with the upper part of the image i drew out the mouth and drew out the neccessary shaded ,then on and on i continued till i was done with the image. The important thing about making drawings sure as this, is knowing how to show your contrast/properly shade the image.
