NEPAL – IT IS UNDER THE HEAVENLY KINGDOM OF THE HIMALAYAS

A long and inspiring excursion this year - Bulgaria - Turkey - Dubai - India - Nepal and back to Bulgaria.

Hello dear steemit friends!
Today I will share my wonderful memories of Pokhara. Sorry friends, but I'm not much for descriptions.. I'll try to describe how I got to know this city. Pokhara is known to tourists around the world as their "second home".
In the morning, the group and I took a local bus from Pokhara to Sarangkot to watch the sunrise over the Himalayas.

We wanted to see the three highest peaks of the eight in Nepal. Of the ten highest peaks in the world, eight are located on the territory of Nepal. Today we saw four of them: Annapurna l - 8091 m high, Annapurna ll - 7937 m high, and Annapurna lll - 7555 m high above sea level, and finally Mount Fishtail.

Then we headed to the Pokhara Valley, which has an altitude of 730 m to 1030 m. It is located on the shores of the beautiful Phewa Lake in the Annapurna massif. As we traveled we enjoyed the variety of tropical, subtropical and alpine vegetation.

There is no other country in the world where you can find yourself in the same day from the jungle to the eight thousand Himalayas.
Of course, the most fun was the boat ride on the lake, in the middle of which there were islands, and on one of these islands the Barahi temple was built. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the Himalayan peaks were reflected in the lake waters.
