Quiero compartir un día muy especial, no solo por ser el día del cumpleaños de mi madre, si no que represento un reencuentro familiar, que sin dudad debía ser documentado. Mi familia materna y paterna es sumamente grande, por esta razón siempre es difícil reunirnos todos en un solo lugar, siempre falta sillas para sentarnos, platos para comer, en fin, creo que ustedes entienden el punto, lo bonito de esta ocasión fue que entre todos previmos todo esto para poder pasar un rato agradable en familia.

I want to share a very special day, not only because it is my mother's birthday, but also because it represents a family reunion, which undoubtedly should be documented. My maternal and paternal family is extremely large, for this reason it is always difficult to get together in one place, we always lack chairs to sit, plates to eat, in short, I think you understand the point, the beauty of this occasion was that we all foresaw all this to be able to spend a nice time as a family.

Personalmente me encanta el arroz chino, en mi casa preparo con frecuencia este plato, en mi casa somos 6 personas, pero en esta ocasión tuve que preparar un arroz chino gigante para toda mi familia, hicimos cinco kilos de arroz y todo se debió cocinar en fogón por falta de gas, seré sincera fue un verdadero reto para mí y mis primas. Había aproximadamente 40 personas entre niños y adultos, el arroz tenía que rendir para todos y eso nos tenía súper preocupados gracias Dios si alcanzo, y todos pudieron degustar la especialidad de la casa jejjeje.

Personally I love Chinese rice, in my house I often prepare this dish, in my house we are 6 people, but this time I had to prepare a giant Chinese rice for my whole family, we made five kilos of rice and everything had to be cooked on a stove due to lack of gas, I'll be honest it was a real challenge for me and my cousins. There were approximately 40 people between children and adults, the rice had to be enough for everyone and that had us super worried, thank God it was enough, and everyone was able to taste the specialty of the house hehehehehe.

Entre risas y bromas compartimos un rato especial con una comida diferente, como era mucha cantidad me costó un poco revolver el arroz y entre dos en porciones pequeñas íbamos integrando todos los ingredientes, la salsa especial china no podía faltar para darle ese sabor característico, a todos les encanto el arroz. Pasamos un día increíble en familia, espero con ansias pronto volver a repetirlo con los familiares que faltaron, la familia es una de las cosas más importantes de la vida, y que sin duda nos impulsa a seguir adelante.

Between laughter and jokes we shared a special time with a different meal, as it was a lot of quantity it was a little difficult to stir the rice and between two in small portions we were integrating all the ingredients, the special Chinese sauce could not miss to give it that characteristic flavor, everyone loved the rice. We had an incredible family day, I look forward to repeat it soon with the family members who were missing, family is one of the most important things in life, and that certainly drives us to move forward.
