Digital Art, New Competition (No.30) : Anime Drawing

Today I would be participating in the Digital Arts contest for this week.
So for this it's just and anonymous character, I just put together some colours to make it this and after that I added a nice sky and cloud background to make it perfect.
This work was better than I predicted in my mind before starting it mostly the clouds, I was really afraid of making some clouds on the background, all I wanted to do was just a blue background but after adding it, it never looked complete.
While adding this background I feared it would look ugly since I knew I wasn't good at making clouds on drawings, but with the finished work and the cloud in it I would say it was lack of courage and not the fact that I can't do it that made other clouds not beautiful.
