The insect in the image is a house centipede (Scutigera coleoptrata).
Appearance:
They have a yellowish-grey body with dark stripes and 15 pairs of very long, slender legs.
Behavior:
They are fast-moving predators that hunt other household pests like spiders, cockroaches, and silverfish.
Venom:
While venomous to prey, their stinging apparatus is generally too weak to penetrate human skin, making them harmless to people.
Habitat:
They prefer damp, cool environments such as bathrooms, basements, and kitchens.
I also find it in my kitchen and I afraid that it will harmful for us. But when I search in internet about this insect than I realise that it is not harmful for us.
