RE: Talk Channel: "Comment or ask a question"/ Comente o pregunte (week 318) in the WOX

I have started baking and selling bread for the workers in my area for a few days now, but I feel that this work is not very profitable. Because I have set the price of bread at Rs. 15, while baking bread not only requires physical labor but also consumes a lot of gas which we have to buy through cylinders. I think I am losing money instead of profit in this business. Now I do not understand whether I should continue this business or end it.

It's always important to keep a balance sheet for any business to determine its profitability. Review each cost element and analyze whether reductions can be made to improve performance and create some breathing room. Seek allies to help you sell bread; sometimes the effort must be shared.

I really liked your advice and I followed it. So I realized that this work is not as difficult and troublesome as I thought it would be. I would like to continue this business.
