Thank you for your kind kinds @hive-180821. Uganda mostly in Kabale region my mother lives, receives rainfall throughout the year with the heaviest amount from March - May, September - November and least from December - February.

A water tank would help her collect and use water to next months of less rain. A well would absolutely be better but it is more costly and far away.
