RE: The Future of Steem: Community Building is a Complicated Business!
Over time I have tried to read many comments, but one thing that has become very clear is that every country should have a regional community, where all the country representatives will be active, then it will be much easier for everyone to guide new users. Because when there are multiple communities under multiple representatives in a country, new users get confused and try to stay active in multiple communities when it comes to support. As a result they fail to adopt the basic concept and cannot work with long term thinking. Because then their main focus is on getting rewards.
I myself have applied for CR, I want to work together on a platform with everyone in our country, so that as our relationship grows, we will be able to provide the right direction to new users in our country. And be able to get them interested in working with long-term thinking.
Power, Benefit and Rewards Problems have always been and will continue to be, but we must continue our efforts, because unity is strength. Yes, I am not against new communities, because new communities can play a good role in implementing new ideas. But I believe a common community for the country will be able to play a greater role.
