Respect for your honesty. Anyone who has ever been at rock bottom feels market fluctuations much more intensely. I really hope that you stay healthy and never find yourself in such a situation again financially.
I know that feeling all too well. I too have experienced many price crashes. I have even seen coins I had invested in suddenly disappear, and with them my money.
When it comes to crypto, what helps me is to keep the risk low, not to act out of fear, and to secure profits in stages. And when it comes to peace, I agree with you. More humanity and less hatred would make a lot of things easier.
I just regard the things that I have now as bonus because I started from nothing and now I have something, maybe more than most people here in my country can ever achieve in their lifetime and I thank God a million for that grace and blessing in my life. That is why I look at my "glass as half-full" which is better than an empty glass.
Anyway, all we can do is wait, wait for the markets to turn around again. The market really goes in waves and because of that, taking profits should be necessary wen there will be another positive price action because like clockwork, it will all go coming down again.
