This is my entry for the World of XPILAR - LANDSCAPE/SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #084 by @axeman and @xpilar.

The sun had already set directly behind me, but 120 km east the top of Mt. Baker was still catching some rays of the sun. This is an example of alpenglow.
The only other photo I have from that day is shown below. In this photo, I was experimenting with long exposure.
