I am now officially on the countdown to finishing my work stint in Sydney, on Thursday morning i fly back to New Zealand and land mid afternoon.

But before i get ahead of myself i still have a couple of days work to complete here in Penrith, today i started at 5am and got out of there around 2pm.

Then i drove back to the Hotel and sent my data to my co worker, i manage to get a bit done today and am looking forward to tomorrow to continue that.

Then for my Dinner i went back to the Japanese restaurant to grab some more of their sensational food, so glad they do takeaways.

This is Terakihi Salmon on udon noodles which is a stir fry meal, i like salmon but have never had a Terakihi version which turned out to be scrumptious.

This cost me $16 AUS

Some Spicy boneless chicken was also added to my order as it looked pretty good and did not disappoint, included was some sweet chili sauce so i could dip the chicken in it.
This cost $9 AUS

Tomorrow and the next day i will be starting at 5am as i do like early starts, plus this is when the DC is busiest so it makes sense to see the place busy.
