Week 07
Another week of activities in the World of Xpilar, and this time was a more stable week for me as we are entering the last part of the year, my work in the school is coming to the end of the semester this next week, there are a couple of projects that will be ending activities on the first weeks of December and that will be all for this difficult year, but just in time to celebrate a new year with all the friends on the World of Xpilar Community.
This past week, we had some activities that are worth to mention, the first was the results of the contest:

Last week, the WOX-Helpfund has decided to donate 1000 STEEM to @elkezaksek, for aiding in the construction of Bosco's house, an important member of his community in Uganda who always is helping others, now receives this support in critical moments for his family, you can learn more about this story here:

Finally, @The-Gorilla announced the Top Commenters group and its Queens for the next two weeks, I congratulate @Petface, @Nithku and @Serap for the amazing work they are doing keeping the engagement and discussion alive in the posts of the community members. It is worth to keep an eye on this initiative and the great work of @the-gorilla improving the experience in the community and in the platform.
About this selection
I will be making a selection of three posts from community members that I visited during the week and whose quality and content have seemed outstanding to me, increasing a little more the rewards they have achieved for their exceptional work.
The goal is that part of the rewards of this post go to three authors weekly by receiving a percentage of the rewards (20% each one) as beneficiaries, in addition, this showcase of their work can also serve as a stimulus to invite more people to support these publications with votes and/or good comments and maybe give the authors a follow.
The works selected each week are according to my personal criteria on quality and individual expression. I will try at all times to maintain the variety of the authors, themes, means of expression and personal style.
I hope this initiative is a boost to the amazing creators who share their talents in the World of Xpilar Community.
