The world today is on fire.
I don't mean that in the poetical way. For real, unfortunately.
Pandemics, wars, disasters. They happen on a daily basis and somehow we got used to this.
When I was a kid and I was reading SciFi books I was sure that in 2020 space travel would be something usual, common and affordable. Even necessary as I imagined that would be many jobs out in the space.
Well, that did not happen.
We have been lied to.
Just put your hand on your heart and answer me... are the leaders of the most powerful countries visionaries? No, they are salesmen. Well, more precise term would be "political salesmen". Truth is, if you see what they do, and not listen to their loud speeches and big words, they only care about acquiring more power and more money.
This doesn't require people to dream. The masses have to be illiterate and as stupid as possible, thus it's easier to manipulate. The masses must be as poor as possible so they are willing to give their time and serve for less money.
I am not offering any solution. It may be too late for the big game. We could save our souls though.
