People in my Lens - Imprinted by LightCaptured

in WORLD OF XPILAR2 months ago

Greetings!

Photography, traveling and taking photos of strangers.

Sometimes this combination could be fun, sometimes it could be dangerous. That depends on the location, on the event, if present and mostly, of course, on the people I photograph.

In almost all of the times I got in contact in front of making photos, the behavior of the subject changes once they know they are being photographed. Thus, in some occasions, I prefer the candid type of taking a photo of them.

All of these photos below, are candid ones. I'm guilty as charged but trust me, I just wanted to capture clear, non-tampered emotions.

Photographing genuine, original emotions, that is quite hard.

Often, impossible...

I'm not good at taking pictures of people, I admit. And I usually avoid it. But over time, I've learned to take such pictures too - especially when people are purposefully preventing me from taking a good shot without them. Then I shoot them to get them out of my lens. That always works lol. 😁
In addition to purpose-taken photos, I also enjoy shooting weddings from a distance and stealthily. Who doesn't love to photograph beautiful brides, so happy... And capturing the street random moment with all its emotions and coincidences is an art, I am sure of it. Only professionals and also only certain professionals can do it well. 😉

I call such people "context givers" as sometimes they really give context to a larger picture :)
Stealth wedding photographer... that could be a thing :P

Upvoted! Thank you for supporting witness @jswit.

I don’t think that if these people see their portraits in photographs in Steemit, they will be against it, because the photographs are excellent :)

Thank you :) I always see something that could be improved, though :)

Yeah, you're right. When a person notices a camera, they either get indignant or play a role. And I can't say I'm ashamed if I filmed someone without their permission. Since he's out on the street, he should be ready for it ))
