This is unfortunately not the case. The text from the example was only 33,760 bytes (I think the limit was around 43,000 bytes). But I have tried with a text of only 9,000 characters, and it was the same error…

It is necessary that you try publishing a tenth of its contents, and then edit to place fragment by fragment until the publication is complete.
I recommend using less content in your posts until the problem is resolved.
