I have like 221 SP but I delegated 200 sp. can i participate that way, or do I have to take back my hole SP and undelegate for participate? Keep steeming

Hi @manito92

The rule is clear
2, Steemit users must have more than 100 Steem power in their wallet before # spud4steem & no more than 20,000 Steem power. Delegated Steem power (in or out) does not count towards any% increase.
So it will not help you get Delgate back this time.
