Maize Plant - Photography

Last year when we planted cassava in our farm, we added maize in the midst. However, the maize plant didn't go well unlike the cassava we planted.

Birds were removing it from ground after we planted it and even the ones that manages to germinate, they still uproot it and destroyed.

It was really a devastating experience as I couldn't be there to monitor and chase them away. Only a few managed to make it to the next stage. This one was one of the few. It has started bringing forth seeds from two different places.
