Decoding Mister Omortson's Blitz contest puzzle X

Firstly, I would like to thank @mister-omortson for taking the time and creating the blitz puzzle contests he creates everyday. I log-in to Steem every now and then just to check if he has created a new one.

The puzzles are tricky, challenging and a lot of effort is put behind them to make it difficult enough to challenge us.

As suggested by @mister-omortson, I will try to decode the solution for his Blitz contest puzzle X which proved to be quite tricky till he gave a hint recently.

My decoding of the solution

The puzzle refers to the 1958 movie, The Vikings.

Characters

1. King of clubs --> King Ragnar
2. One-eyed Jack of spades --> Einar, Ragnar's legitimate son.
3. 6/K diamonds --> Eric, Einar's half brother and Ragnar's illegitimate son.
4. King of hearts --> King Aella, cousin of the King of Northumbria who assumes the throne after the latter's death.
5. Queen of hearts --> Widow of the Northumbria king who was killed by Ragnar
6. Queen of diamonds --> Welsh princess Morgana, who was supposed to marry King Aella

Decoding the Image

Picture 1 :

• Left : Ragnar and son Einar, who's one eye was taken out by the falcon ordered by Eric
• Middle : King Aella who is supposed to marry princess Morgana
• Right : I did not understand Queen of spades and 6 of spades reference.
• Bottom : In battle between Eric and Einar, Eric's sword is broken and he uses that to kill Einar eventually. Crabs refer to the pool of crabs where victims are thrown.

This is a relationship picture.

King of clubs is Ragnar, red line pointing to both his sons. Queen of hearts refers to the widow of Northumbria king who would be the mother of Eric. Closed card refers to the mother of Einar who is not mentioned.

Picture 3 :

• Wolves refer to the pit of wolves that Aella orders Ragnar to be thrown into. Also refers to Eric pushing Aella to the wolf pit.
• Ship refers to the lot of ships used throughout the movie.
