Mice, mice are glorious in their beauty. Cats, 🐈 are glorious in the beauty of cats. Changing only in the light of our perspective. By community I mean starting and finishing things together while maintaining a lack of coordination. Making everyone focus on the community by correcting each other's mistakes. Exchange ideas by upvoting and commenting on each other's posts.
And the most opposite and painful system of the community is to avoid contact with new members. Which can never be right with the meaning of the word community.

Yes, I noticed too, once there are new people we kind of sit back and wait when those people get known and we can engage. That is a reason why many newcomers come, stay around and leave, it is a pity.
I think as a very small steemian, without qualifying as a new or old user, is their post free of duplicates? What is the quality of the writing? What is the quality of the picture? Are you writing regularly? Finally, do you follow the rules of the community? I think that criteria should be determined by taking all these into consideration.
