Positive thinking
My grandmother told me a strange story of her friend, a middle-aged woman, long time ago. She lived very nicely and had a very good social position. Although she had no other problems, she was upset about her son who lived very luxuriously and didn't listen to her advice. He spent money without limits, so she asked her best friend how to change her son and reduce her suffering. He just said "People today suffer because of their thoughts, don't let that happen."
