Make chicken kofta curry

If you love to eat chicken, then definitely try its new dishes. You must have heard the name of chicken kofta? Kofta made with chicken tastes amazing. It consists of soft chicken koftas cooked in gravy. Kofta curry tastes great with rice. Let's know how to make it.

Chicken Kofta Curry Ingredients:For the kofta- 500 gm chicken mince, 1 medium sized onion cut into small pieces, 3-4 green chillies, a handful of coriander leaves 50 gm fried chickpeas 1 tbsp coconut powder, 2 tbsp pure ghee, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and oil for frying.

For the gravy- 2 medium onion batter, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4-5 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp salt as per taste or as per taste. 1/3 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp cumin powder. 1 black cardamom, 4 green cardamoms, 10-12 black peppercorns, 4-5 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 4-5 tbsp oil.

How to make Chicken Kofta Curry:To make chicken koftas, buy boneless chicken, wash it and cut it into small pieces, then grind these pieces in a mixer jar. You can buy minced chicken from the market if you want. Apart from this, cut the onion into slices, cut the green chillies from the middle and cut them into 2 pieces, and also chop the green coriander leaves. Now start making chicken kofta-

Mix the spices into the chicken First take the chicken in a bowl, then mix it with ginger-garlic batter, chopped coriander leaves, ground spices, garam masala powder, curd, ghee, chopped onion and green chillies, 2 tsp, roasted gram flour and coconut powder. Now make the mixture and make a round ball with your hands and keep it on the plate. Make chicken koftas and fry them Now heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry the koftas in it. Fry the koftas for 2-3 minutes until golden. After frying, take all the koftas on a plate. After that start making the gravy.

Make gravy for Chicken Kofta Curry: Heat oil in a pan to make the gravy, then add all the spices and fry for a few seconds.Then add chopped onions and fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. When the onion turns light golden, immediately start sauteing it with all the powdered spices and 1 cup of water. After a few seconds add the ginger and garlic paste and grind the spices while stirring. Reduce the gas flame and grind the spices. Keep watering occasionally. When oil starts appearing in masala, add curd to it. Remember to stir the spices continuously after adding the curd, otherwise the curd may curdle.Koftas in gravy and cook on low flame for 15 minutes after adding curd stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes, then add water. Cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes with fried koftas to start gravy. Stop at regular intervals. After that mix with green coriander and natural chillies. Your Chin Kofta is ready.
