Macro Photography - Conocybe pubescens Mushroom
Conocybe pubescens
Hello all World of Xpilar friends
Back again with me @novaamalia in the @xpilar and @aceh-team communities, in this post, I will share information about mushroom portraits that are captured using macro photography concepts. This activity has become a routine hobby that I do when I have free time, taking pictures of micro plants using a macro perspective will make our thought different, and there are many eye catchy things that we will find after photographing them.
A few days ago I found a small mushroom growing on the twigs of a rotting log while looking for macro photography objects near my backyard, this small mushroom has a small size and a long stem that almost looks like a bean sprout.
The hood of this mushroom is small in diameter, unlike wood mushrooms which usually have a hood like a hat, similar to a matchstick. With the scientific name Conocybe pubescens - source of the Bolbitiaceae mushroom family.
What's unique about this mushroom is that it can grow and survive in scorching hot conditions, I photographed this mushroom in the afternoon and it still looks humid even though the weather is hot.
I took a picture of this mushroom using a smartphone camera with the addition of a macro lens without using additional tools, but the results I got were quite eye-catching, although still far from perfect.
I try to continue to hone my photography skills, especially in macro photography so that the images I get can be more attractive to many people.
