STREETART, STICKERS, PROJECTS, ... WELCOME TO MY LITTLE WORLD! by edga - edgasworld
today with a quick post because i m super busy, its late and i need to get up early also :P
...i want to show you some "street founds", a cool work i have in progress one big canvas i dont know what to do with it (now its just im my way at home XD) and a new wall i m going to start tomorrow in a club in Berlin.
Lets do this and have some fun. ENJOY IT!
Just found those rollers somewhere nowhere...
This is the canvas whats im my way at the moment. Its in the way because its just to big for my place and i dont have a free room or atelier/studio, ...
What do you think i should do with it? Any ideas?
The next design is for a sticker i make... What do you think so far?
Aaaaaaaand the last picture is the wall i visited today in the club "Mensch Maier".
I will start my first lines and ideas tomorrow and i think i m going to paint in next week...
Cant wait to paint it and show you the result then :)

Very awesome that you get to put your art permanently in a public place which I am sure MANY people frequent several nights in a week - congrats!!!
As for that canvas... first of all, I just want to say that it is AWESOME!!!!!!! I absolutely LOVE abstract art and that is such a dynamic and attention grabbing piece! Please do not let it get damaged and definitely don't throw it out! Have you ever thought of approaching local restaurants and asking them if they would be willing to feature your art on their walls?
It normally works as a win win - you get your art displayed and possibly sold... they make a little profit from the mark up and they also get decor for their walls.
My only suggestion to you before doing that - would be to possibly paint the sides of the stretched canvas black as well - or "in tone" with the rest of the piece, if you can - it just finishes it off really nicely.

Thats a good idea actually. The "problem" is that i dont have that much space at home to paint a lot of works this size and also have the problem where to store them in the progress and after?!
Thats also the reason why its just in my little floor in the way :P But i will color the sides and also find a nice place for it. THANKS A LOT <3
Also i m thinking about getting in contacts with the restaurants and stuff to get my abstract art there, thanks again :))

I hear you - but you could do it on a "one at a time" basis... have some digital versions of your work style and show those to the restaurant owners when you approach them perhaps? If they say yes to hosting something at their venue - then you could go and create it, also knowing the necessary dimensions. Once that done and out, you could start the next one.
