WOX Community Blogosphere Magazine #122

in WORLD OF XPILAR2 years ago

WOX Magazine.png

I welcome you, friends, to the pages of the magazine. Today we will walk among mountain lakes, visit Denmark, Bulgaria, Croatia, Spain, Bangladesh and Vietnam, get some drawing lessons, talk about work and people in social networks. About all this below.

Freshness from the forest

@charter:

The lakes excite no less than the view that opens up from the high peaks. All the beauty of nature is reflected in them, but they hide in their depths something else that touches more than the expanse beyond the peaks. It is the tender mystery of thick, crystal clear still water.

«The Singing Trees» in Kildeparken (Denmark)

@digi-me:

Each of the trees in the park, are planted by a singer/band and each tree has a speaker that conveys the music of the artist. Last Sunday I walked through the park and took the time to check who has been here and planted a tree.

Belogradchik Rocks

@kozanozdra:

The natural wonder known as Belogradchik Rocks spans a length of 30 km and a width of 5 km. This chain of rock formations begins at Vedernik Peak and extends to the village of Belotintsi. As I stood there at the fortress entrance, the proud Belogradchik Rocks loomed before me. ❤️‍🔥

Drawing with charcoal pencils on very soft drawing paper

@jorgevandeperre:

After a very busy period, I'm back to share again some drawing or painting tips with all of you. I hope this will be useful for you.

I'm doing this study drawing (unfinished) to explore the properties of a certain type of pencils and drawing paper.

Halubajski zvončari - Bell-Carriers From Viškovo

@careassaktart:

I believe that this Croatian carnival tradition is a true culture gem very important for us to be preserved but also I believe that my photos are pretty high quality which are gems for itself...

Are we united on Steemit?

@stef1:

We will try to find what went wrong and try to do our best, post and communicate and engage and remain positive. That is what the Italian community does, but earlier or later there is time when we just need to share that with others and not pretend that everything is fine.

Barcelona Arc

@charter:

Barcelona….. The name is like a tale waiting to be told. This is the city where history, football and culture dance in harmony. That's why it's on my dream list.

Reflection: Does Anything Ever REALLY Get Better?

@denmarkguy:

There's a disturbing and distressing trend of selfishness and many who seem possessed by this need to exert their power and influence over others. Scammers, cheaters, manipulators, politicians, religious leaders... even so-called "whales" on social media platforms from twitter — sorry, "X" — and Reddit to even our small "local" ponds like Hive and even Steemit.

🔚 The End of a Project

@the-gorilla:

It turns out that I can't work with the old man.

Color Temperature

@ranartblog:

When painting, it is important to see the correct temperature, and to look for transitions or contrast in temperature.

Riding into Serenity: Exploring 'Chic Chillax' in Hoi An

@jacuzzi:

The other day, I had the pleasure of exploring the captivating world of Hoi An alongside my friend. Our excursion led us to a charming restaurant nestled amidst the enchanting rice fields—Chic Chillax.

An ancient structure built in 1780

@mainuna:

The structure you see now was built in 1780. Today I will share some things about this old Zaminhar Mahal.This subcontinent of ours including Bangladesh was ruled by the British for almost 200 years. During the British rule, these structures were built by the British government to collect taxes in different parts of our country.

Firstly, I just want to say thank you so much for highlighting my most recent post! It is always such an honor to have one's writing featured in any way, shape or form - so I really do appreciate it very, very much!

I spent a good portion of the afternoon scrolling through the "new" feed looking for some good content to read - and whilst I did find a few good articles... your efforts to seek out really awesome content certainly does make life a WHOLE lot easier, so thank you very much for that too!

Some really great looking choices - I look forward to going to check them all out - and congrats to all!!! :)

Have a wonderful Friday everyone!

If I managed to offer you at least one interesting post, then I am happy. This means that I worked not in vain. In fact, due to the specifics of this platform, we have many authors but few readers. This is understandable, because by writing a post you can earn rewards, but reading does not allow you to earn.

Personally, I like to read. When I find an interesting post, I want to share it with someone, especially when it's underrated. That is why this magazine was born. And while it does little to help authors earn rewards, with this journal I signal to authors that their work is being noticed.

Your efforts are most definitely not in vain - and yes, you make valid points about the reading versus writing. It would be nice to see that shift a little... and you absolutely contribute to that!

Your posts are always well illustrated and imbued with love for the traditions of your Motherland. Of course they are valuable.

Well noticed but we all need to know that our only real Motherland is Mother-Planet Earth & that we are all brothers & sisters! ;)
