The first bag and cardigan of 2023. To be continued...😄

Hello, dear friends;

I had to take a mini break from Steemit unintentionally and today I am ending this break and preparing the first post of the year 2023 for me. Entering the year 2023, I wanted to start with the first bag and cardigan of the new year. Those of you who know me know that knitting is my biggest hobby and I love to share my products with you. Therefore, I wanted to start the year with knitting.

First of all, I must say that I love this bag and I will give it as a gift to a neighbor I love. Actually, my aim was to use the leftover threads from the cardigan I had knitted before, but the result was quite satisfying for me. But it took me a lot of time to prepare the bag because it took more than 1 hour to knit one motif. I knitted a total of 18 motifs for the bag. Of course, it didn't end with motifs, I combined the motifs with sewing and I have to admit that as much as I love knitting, I don't like sewing as much.

I was accompanied by lots of coffee and chocolate while knitting the motifs. One of my favorite parts of knitting is knitting while watching TV series. This way I can focus better on what I'm watching, otherwise I'm constantly stopping the show and distracting myself with other things.

By the way, I tried this motif for the first time and it was an instructive experience for me as it is a three-dimensional motif. Although I was intimidated at first, I realized that it was actually easy after doing it once.
