Edible Marsh

Here is a glimpse of an edible allotment on wheels right by Waterloo Station here in London.

This iconic wooden structures are known as Tappys. They were crafted by Joseph Tappy of Lambeth Walk in the 19th century.

These vintage wooden carts were used by traders at local markets.
