Persimmon Leaf Sushi 🍣

in WORLD OF XPILAR9 months ago

This kind of sushi is traditional to Nara in Japan which was the capital city before Kyoto. The persimmon leaf is not edible. It is just used for preserving the rice and fish inside.

I've never eaten sushi. If I'm not mistaken, then fresh raw fish is used there. You can't find fresh sea fish in our area, and you can't eat raw fish from our freshwater reservoirs, you can get infected with parasites.
