Good afternoon @mister-omortson I hope you are having a relaxing Sunday. I would like to enter this week's food contest with my photo of our family barbecue. We roasted a juicy beef joint on the rotisserie. Whilst the meat was resting I also roasted sweet and regular potatoes. My family loved the meat and a sweet potato side was everybody's first choice. Enjoy the rest of the day.
