Granny went for a walk in the quiet village. Whenever she went for a walk her sweet cat accompanied her for company and maybe not only ..

One sunny day when Baba and Marishka decided to enjoy the wonderful weather, they decided to visit a place they had not visited for a long time. This was the old river where Baba loved to spend time and remember how nice it was when she was little and here with her father they fished together.

Although Marishka is not very happy that they are going to the river, as soon as she realized this, despite her feline temperament, she went boldly with her grandmother, caressing her body gently at her feet.

They arrived at the river and sat down to rest. Marishka sat down on her grandmother's lap and began purring sweetly. Grandma had prepared to stay for a short time, so she had stocked up on delicious dishes from their lunch with Grandpa.

Grandma made delicious food and began to enjoy the picnic. As Grandma and Marishka were standing, a dog suddenly jumped out of the forest, so hungry that it jumped on them.At that moment, Marishka forgot that she was a cat and jumped directly on the huge dog. She caused such pain with her claws to the beast that he wagged his tail and fled. But he left a lasting mark on the brave cat who saved the life of his beloved owner without thinking.

So with a few wounds from the struggle, but still for the courage and greatness shown. Grandma rewarded Marishka with a delicious meal and decided to sleep the little brave kitten next to her in bed. She was proud of what a brave kitten she had raised, even though she had found it weak and scared on the street. Grandma turned her into a hero.
